CHRISTOPHER M. FAUCETT, Partner

ChristopherPartner of the Houston, Texas based intellectual property law firm of Goldstein, Faucett & Prebeg. Mr. Faucett practiced general civil litigation for three years before joining the firm, and has over 8 years of experience in patent infringement litigation and the protection of intellectual property rights. Mr. Faucett has been the lead or co-counsel in excess of thirty patent litigation lawsuits filed in federal courts from coast to coast. Mr. Faucett is one of the 11 patent litigation lawyers of Goldstein, Faucett & Prebeg, whose practice focuses primarily on contingency fee patent litigation seeking the recovery of patent infringement damages for his clients. While focusing on plaintiffs' contingent fee litigation in the intellectual property area, Mr. Faucett also represents major corporations in infringement litigation.
