An associate of the Houston, Texas based intellectual property law firm of Goldstein, Faucett & Prebeg, one of 11 patent litigation lawyers with the firm. Ms. Lipski's focus is on intellectual property protection, primarily patent infringement litigation. Her interest in intellectual property also extends to patent prosecution, particularly reexaminations and reissues in preparation for patent infringement litigation.

Experience
- Since starting with the firm in 2004, Ms. Lipski has participated in numerous patent litigation lawsuits seeking the recovery of patent infringement damages in federal Courts around the country, including the Eastern District of Texas. She has participated in numerous Markman hearings and has argued in front of the Federal Circuit. Major patent litigation lawsuits include contingency fee patent litigation against industry leaders in a variety of fields, including telecommunications and biotechnology.
