STEPHEN W. ABBOTT, Of Counsel

Of Counsel in the Houston, Texas based intellectual property law firm of Goldstein, Faucett & Prebeg. Mr. Abbott began focusing his efforts principally upon intellectual property matters in 1999, and has experience in array of litigation related to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including patent infringement litigation, as well as copyright, trademark, trade secrets and licensing disputes. In addition to intellectual property litigation, Mr. Abbott has litigated cases in variety of practice areas during his career, including personal injury, general civil and complex commercial disputes, and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Abbott's current practice is devoted almost exclusively to the enforcement of his clients' intellectual property rights focusing on contingent fee litigation in the intellectual property area.
